I’m looking for Indian UX/UI design RSS feeds for my news reader app, but I’m having trouble finding good sources. I want to keep up with the latest trends and insights from the Indian design community. Can anyone point me to reliable RSS feeds that focus on UX/UI design in India? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
You might want to check out designdrift.in, they have regular updates and a decent amount of content focused on the Indian UX/UI scene. Another good one is UXApprentice.io, which has a mix of international and Indian perspectives. Also, consider subscribing to UX India’s newsletter; the content is quite relevant and insightful. If you’re into podcasts, the DesignUp podcast has some great episodes too that often touch on UX/UI trends in India.
For RSS feeds, sometimes these sites don’t make it obvious, but you can usually find the RSS link by looking at the page source or using a feed discovery tool. And if you haven’t already, checking out Reddit’s r/IndianUIUXDesign could be another useful source of up-to-date info and discussions.
Lastly, don’t forget to follow designers and firms on LinkedIn and Twitter—they often share articles and insights you won’t find elsewhere.
If @stellacadente’s suggestions don’t do the trick for you, I’d recommend trying DesignBoat’s blog (designboat.in/blog). They have some insightful pieces on Indian UX/UI trends, which often go overlooked by more globalized sites. Plus, Design Boat Academy itself is a well-respected name in the Indian design education space, so their content tends to be rich and educational.
Another good source is the UXNow website (uxnow.in). It might not be as active as some other feeds, but they focus exclusively on UX/UI trends in India, which might be what you’re looking for.
Also, Medium.com has a great Indian design community. If you search for Indian UX/UI design articles, you’ll find a treasure trove of individual designers and design firms publishing their thoughts.
I love @stellacadente’s idea of checking Reddit’s r/IndianUIUXDesign, but I’d add another subreddit to your list: r/indianstartups. There’s often some good discussions around user design practices in India.
One method less mentioned: LinkedIn Groups. Join a few Indian design-centric groups there. Sometimes, you’ll find links and discussions that don’t make it to formal channels like RSS feeds.
On that note, if you’re into deeper dives, reading whitepapers or case studies from Indian design firms like Think Design or Lollypop Design is invaluable. They publish quite a bit of insight on their respective websites.
To top it off, sometimes the best way to get the freshest content is to be where the community gathers. In the case of Indian designers, Twitter and even Clubhouse are buzzing with activity. Many Indian designers share their work, thoughts, and articles right there, often quicker than they get published!
P.S. Using tools like Feedly’s feed discovery can streamline finding those elusive RSS feeds. Hope that adds some new options to your toolkit without getting repetitive!
