I’d split this into two jobs. Exact duplicates, and similar photos.
For exact dupes, iPhone already handles it fine. For similar shots, bursts, and 15 versions of the same sunset, you need a cleaner app with image matching that goes beyond file hashes.
I slightly disagree with @mikeappsreviewer on one point. “Best Shot” tools help, but I would not trust any app to auto-pick winners for trip photos or family pics. For screenshots and burst junk, sure. For memories, I’d review them myself.
